If you go to Starbucks on a Saturday or Sunday this month, you'll get a free hot chocolate with the purchase of a grande drink.

That means you can get a free hot chocolate for your kid cousin, favorite coworker, or even grandma. It may even entitle you to a free hot chocolate.

All you have to do to get the freebie is place an order at a Starbucks cafe or drive-through.

The offer, which includes an 8-ounce hot chocolate, expires on December 31. And it doesn't stop there.

On Thursdays in December (from noon to 6 p.m.), get 50% off any drink of your choosing. There are also lots of festive options to pick from on the new holiday drink menu.

Starbucks' new holiday drink is the Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai. The warm drink has the ideal combination of gingerbread and chai spices.

With the Oleato Gingerbread Oatmilk Latte, the olive oil-infused drink range has expanded.
